Starting from the first grade, we eliminate harmful habits and cultivate beneficial ones. We encourage respect for elders, early rising, doing physical activities, and proper eating habits, working closely with parents to reinforce these values.

Expert Teachers The key to effective learning is teachers who explain concepts in simple, relatable ways. If students understand how a subject applies to real life, they naturally become more interested. We ensure our teachers are not only experts in their subjects but also skilled in pedagogy through continuous training.
Incentive Systems High-achieving students receive both moral and financial rewards. Scholarships are available for middle and high school students.
Discussion Circles We regularly host talks with experts, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals to inspire students.
Limiting Distractions To maintain focus, students are not allowed to use phones on school premises.
Some parents believe that only native Russian-speaking teachers can ensure fluency. While this is partially true, we prioritize teachers who not only speak Russian fluently but also understand Uzbek-speaking students. A bilingual teacher who fully understands students is often more effective than a native speaker who does not. We ensure that all Russian-language teachers maintain a Russian-speaking environment in the classroom.
We focus on the quality of education rather than the nationality of the teachers. While we employ teachers of various backgrounds, our primary goal is to ensure students receive a high-quality learning experience.
Primary Grades (1–4): Uzbek and Russian Secondary & High School (5–11): Uzbek only
